Welcome to Sri Sarvalakshmi Silks.
By purchasing from us or using our services, you agree to comply with and be
bound by the following Terms and Conditions. We request that you read them
carefully before placing an order.
Product Information
All our sarees are handcrafted using traditional weaving
techniques. As a result, slight variations in color,
weave, texture, and finish may occur. These are not defects but natural
characteristics of handmade silk products.
The color of the sarees may vary
slightly due to photographic lighting, device display settings, or screen
resolution.
Customized or special designs are created strictly based on
the customer’s confirmed specifications and requirements.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to
fluctuations in market conditions and fabric availability.
Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of
confirmation is considered final.
Full payment must be completed before dispatch of the
product.
We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and cash (cash
payments are accepted in-store only).
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after receipt of full payment or
an agreed advance payment.
Bulk and wholesale orders may require a non-refundable
advance deposit.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and to more than 40 international
countries.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination
and, for international shipments, customs processing procedures..
Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners, and
tracking details will be provided.
Sri Sarvalakshmi Silks is not
responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or
unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Exchange
Due to the nature of silk sarees and customization, returns
or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the
product, along with clear photo or video evidence recorded during unboxing.
Refunds are not applicable for bulk orders, customized
products, or discounted items.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted only before the order
processing has begun.
Custom-made or special request orders cannot be cancelled
once confirmed.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, product descriptions, website content,
and social media materials are the exclusive property of Sri Sarvalakshmi Silks.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any content is
strictly prohibited.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact
details and delivery addresses at the time of placing the order.
We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect
address details, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of purchases or services shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu only.
